These ads were published in an community focused coupon booklet that was mailed out to the entire city of Wyandotte, Grosse Ile, and parts of Trenton in Michigan.

The focus on the booklet was the upcoming "Paint the Town Pink" event set in October 2012. We were honored to participate in such a community event, to be involved with the local small businesses, and to assist those in our community.

Mom and Dad

Here is an old pic of my mom and that cousin Phyllis dug up. It's nice to see them happy together...shh!!..I know their secret...they loved each other.

I like to believe that Gabrielle and Gwyneth would appreciate this one.

Dan & I are so devastated over the Downtown Wyandotte fire!  We are deeply saddened at the loss of Lions, Tigers & Beers (LTB's).  We have had many great memories here, meetings with customers, eating with friends.  We pray for the firefighters involved.  Dan & I watched from inside Total Health Foods with Katie & Janette, the owners of Total Health Foods.  Total Health Foods was directly across from the blazing fire.  We saw many firefighters from multiple cities teaming up together to keep it from spreading.  It deeply touched my heart to see the cities of Trenton, Allen Park, Ecorse, Brownstown, Rockwood,  Southgate, Detroit, Lincoln Park and Wyandotte cooperating to save our downtown.  I have often thought as downtown Wyandotte as Downriver's Downtown.  Witnessing all of the Downriver communities banding together to fight this fire was truly moving.

Dan & I are concerned for the small business owners that will be affected by this tragedy.  We pray for a speedy recovery for them as well as the City of Wyandotte.

Sushi Bar Opens in Wyandotte

Downriver's Downtown Wyandotte has a new and great addition, Sushi Bar and Japanese Cuisine has opened! This is an awesome addition to the community. Stacy and I were able to get in last Friday along with Mikelle Vargas from Traffic Jam Boutique. We had a good time, the sushi was reasonably priced and extremely delicious. We recommend trying one of the special rolls called Super Star! Yummy!

The owner has brought in some great chef's from California and Chicago. If you like Sushi, you'll love this place.

Dan and Stacy at SWCRC Black Tie

Stacy Cataldo and I had a nice time at this years Black Tie at Yack Arena in Wyandotte. The event was put on by Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber. We met several of our friends and clients and we also met several new friends. It was a 3 day event that was highlighted Thursday May 3rd for the annual event. Thanks to Jim's Tuxedo for the great looking tux! Thank you to Traffic Jam Boutique in Downtown Wyandotte for inviting us to share your booth space.
